Returns and Refunds

 

At Laykhaus, we take great care to inspect all products before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded.

If your product arrives damaged during shipment, please contact us at contact@laykhaus.com within 7 days of delivery with photographic proof of the damage. We will gladly replace the damaged item or issue a full refund.

You may return unused products for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling, within 14 days of delivery. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. Your refund will then be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment within 2 business days.

Exchanges

 

We currently do not accept exchanges.


 

Sale and Limited Edition Items

 

All sales are final on sale items, gift cards, and limited edition products. These items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.


 

Gifts

 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, a refund will be issued to the gift giver. Please note that you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item, and shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
